What Joining Means

Providers in the network stay fully independent. You keep your own name, your own pricing and your own schedule. Homeowners are connected with you, and you handle the visit, the quote and the work from there.

We do not promise a set number of calls. Volume depends on the season, your service area and how well you answer homeowners.

Who We Are Looking For

We are interested in providers who serve homeowners with:

• Residential pest control for ants, spiders, roaches, crickets and similar pests
• Bed bug treatment
• Rodent and wildlife removal, including humane exclusion work
• Termite inspection and treatment

Experience with the region helps. Cold winters with deep frost, humid summers, hail, spring flooding, full basements and older frame houses all shape how pests get inside. Providers who understand this tend to explain problems more clearly.

What We Expect

The standards are plain:

• Hold any license, registration and insurance required in Ohio and by your local authorities
• Treat homeowners with respect and explain the work in simple words
• Give honest written quotes and do not pressure anyone
• Make no promises about results or insurance coverage on behalf of Reachpresidential Pest Control
• Be clear that you are an independent business
• Care for the home you are working in, because protecting the house also protects its value
