You will speak with an independent provider, not with Reachpresidential Pest Control. These are local businesses that handle pest control, wildlife removal and termite jobs in and around Lordstown. They run their own schedules and set their own prices.

Reachpresidential Pest Control does not have staff who come to your home. Our part ends once you are connected. The provider does the work.

What Happens on the Call

The call is simple. The provider will ask a few questions so they understand what is going on:

• What you have seen, such as droppings, bites, chewed wood or noises in the walls
• Where in the house it is happening
• How long it has been going on
• Your address, so they know whether they serve your area

They may then offer a visit or an estimate. Many providers can respond quickly, but timing depends on the provider and the season, so ask what to expect.

What to Ask an Independent Provider

A few good questions go a long way. You can keep this list handy:

• What is your business name, and are you licensed and insured where required?
• What do you think is causing the problem?
• What will the treatment or removal involve, step by step?
• Will you close the entry points, or only treat what is inside?
• Is the quote in writing, and what could change the price?
• Are there steps I should take, like storing food in sealed containers or clearing clutter?
• What follow-up is included if the problem returns?

For bed bug treatment or termites, also ask how many visits are usual. Those jobs often need more than one.

You Are in Control

Talking to a provider does not commit you to anything. You can compare more than one quote. You can say no. You can take a day to think.

Be cautious if anyone pressures you to sign right away. A good provider will be happy to explain the work and give you time. Remember that the final agreement is between you and the provider, not Reachpresidential Pest Control.
